Ok so, apparently X/Twitter is not going to add the obligatory AI thing. At least not in Europe it seems. And Bluesky seems to be much more "free" with people taking your art by reading their ToS. Like, all the thing you post, Bluesky can do whatever they want with it.
However, I still think Bluesky is a better option because of the comunity. Sure, it's much probable that they will feed my art with AI. But, honestly... People were... Already doing that? Like, people were already using artist's drawings to feed into AI even before it was obligatory on Twitter. It doesn't really change nothing.
I think I will stay on Bluesky mostly because people there are actually nice. Sure, the place is still green and there's people who doesn't get any engage. But like, maybe if people used more the page, more people will try it too. And more people will get some engage, wich will make people using the page more and so on.
So yeah, Bluesky is fine.

Thanks for linking that! I already suspected this was about a bit of boilerplace text you can find in any ToS, but it's nice to know for sure. Twitter has basically the same text. So does Instagram, Tumblr, DeviantART, Discord. Every site with user-generated does.
It doesn't actually give those platforms the right to "do whatever they want" with your art, but they need that bit of text in the ToS to be able to function. They would not be able to host your art on their servers or publish it so other people can see it.
The person in the screenshot is being rather dishonest about how they present the text. Bluesky clarifies in regular language what they mean after paragraph 1 (which is basically the explanation I gave above) and Elven says it's actually about AI, which is just not true. "Distributing" means "show it to other people". Extending the right to use to people on the app means "other people can retweet your posts".
@Tango Yeah, I wasn't really sure if was true or not. So I thought it was probably X people trying to say "no guys, it's actually Bluesky what sucks, trust me yo!" Yet, I couldn't really rule it out, since maybe they had a point? I'm glad that's not the case!
And, like I said, I prefer Bluesky because it's basically a better Twitter. Sure, it lacks still a lot of stuff like the bookmarks. But the people there is less toxic! I don't know how, but now you can post things... And not getting hate! I really love Bluesky. I hope people actually stay this time. Or going here, to newgrounds. That would be dope too.. Just saying-
