I like this quite a lot! You have a pretty unique style, and this drawing has a real sense of scale to it. Your Pillar Monster drawing is really good too (unsure if it counts as body horror, but the mouth makes it look unsettling nonetheless).

She's the best :D I love the sharp edges in her design - the teeth and the hands that kinda look like claws and that you made her look a little unhinged, it really fits her!

The amount of detail is crazy, you even got the inscription on the sword. I like the use of gold and white ink, I bet this looks even better in real life.

Honestly, I wouldn't have noticed the lack of city names if you hadn't mentioned that, and even now I don't think the maps look weird without them. It's a very cool-looking design, that does a good job toeing the line between being recognizably a serpent but not looking so much like one that it no longer looks good as an island.
